In the rare case that a benchmark job might be paused or interrupted for a long period, please let us know by using the help widget located on the bottom left corner to create a ticket and we will investigate and get your benchmark job back and running as soon as possible.

As a benchmark job resumes, it should continue from where it stopped. If you feel you got overcharged or that a benchmark actually started over please let us know and we will refund Credits.
