Credits are the currency used on aiXplain. Each credit is equivalent to $1, and the cost for credits for each model is set by the supplier. Our platform does not charge any additional fees, ensuring that you always receive the best price that aligns with the supplier.
You can add more credits through the "Credits" dropdown menu. Click the “Add credits” link, enter the number of credits you'd like to purchase in the popup window and proceed to the checkout page.
Add Payment Method
To accelerate the checkout process, you can save a payment method on your account. To do so, click on the dropdown menu on the top right of the screen, then click "Team settings > Payment methods" and click the “Add payment method” link. It will direct you to a new page where you have to a bank card as a payment method.
With just one aiXplain Credit, you gain access to a world of capabilities:
How are Credits Used?
The cost of each model may vary depending on its complexity, accuracy, and overall quality.
When you run models through benchmarking, credits are deducted based on the size of the model and dataset size.
If you use Design to create and execute a pipeline, the system will deduct credits from your account accordingly. If you use multiple models in a single pipeline, the total cost will be calculated as a sum of the individual costs.
Tracking Credit Usage
The aiXplain platform makes it easy for users to keep track of their credit usage. Your total account credits are reflected on the top right-hand side of the screen. If you click on the top-right corner, here you will see:
· Add Credits: You can add credits to your account by clicking on the "Add Credits" button. You may choose to top up using a Credit Card or Google Pay.
· View Transactions: If you want to see your latest or recurrent transactions, you can go to the Transactions page. Here, you can view your attached payment methods, usage, statistics, transaction history, or recurring transaction history.
· Transaction History: Under transaction history, you can view your various run jobs, such as benchmarking for various model API calls. These rows are also clickable and will display more precise information, such as the cost of each model used within the benchmark job.
